Ingredients
  • 200 gram Green papaya
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Green beans
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 piece Thai chili peppers
  • 50 gram Roasted peanuts
  • 20 gram Fresh cilantro
  • 20 gram Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Peel and shred the green papaya, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and carrots.
  2. In a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic cloves and Thai chili peppers to a paste.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the pounded garlic and chili paste, lime juice, fish sauce, and palm sugar. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Add the shredded vegetables to the mixing bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the dressing.
  5. Let the salad rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Garnish with roasted peanuts, fresh cilantro, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
