  • 1 piece Lahvash bread
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1 small Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Black olives
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Lay the Lahvash bread on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a layer of hummus evenly on the Lahvash bread.
  3. Thinly slice the cucumber, carrot, and red bell pepper.
  4. Arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the hummus.
  5. Sprinkle baby spinach leaves, black olives, and fresh parsley over the vegetables.
  6. Roll up the Lahvash bread tightly, starting from one end.
  7. Slice the rolled-up Lahvash bread into pinwheels.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
