Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoon Rose water
  • 5 pinch Saffron strands
  • 50 gram Pistachios
  • 50 gram Almonds
  • 100 gram Dried apricots
  • 100 gram Dried figs
  • 100 gram Raisins
  • 100 gram Dates
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
Instructions
  1. Soak dried apricots, dried figs, raisins, and dates in water for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the soaked fruits and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the chopped fruits with rose water, saffron strands, pistachios, almonds, and honey.
  4. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with pomegranate seeds.
