Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Koya Dofu
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 piece Green onions
  • 1 piece Red chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Cut the Koya Dofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for a minute.
  4. Add the Koya Dofu cubes and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and red chili pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
