Ingredients
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 4 piece Garlic cloves
  • 20 gram Ginger
  • 50 gram Cashew nuts
  • 100 gram Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add onion, garlic cloves, ginger, cashew nuts, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the blended mixture to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  7. Transfer the paste to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
  8. Use as a base for korma curry or as a flavoring agent in other dishes.
