Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 stalk Green onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut tofu, zucchini, carrot, and onion into small pieces.
  2. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. Add vegetable broth, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add tofu, zucchini, carrot, and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
