Ingredients
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the red onion thinly.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic.
  5. Add the lettuce leaves and sliced red onion to the bowl.
  6. Toss the salad well to coat the vegetables with the dressing.
  7. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
