Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kidney Beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the kidney beans.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Saute until fragrant.
  4. Add the kidney beans, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, sugar, and salt. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot as a main dish or side dish.
