Ingredients
  • 200 gram Sweet potato noodles
  • 150 gram Spinach
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out excess water and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and spinach to the pan. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
