Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kohlrabi
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the kohlrabi into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add kohlrabi cubes and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add coconut milk and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until kohlrabi is tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
