  • 2 medium-sized Kohlrabi
  • 4 small Turnips
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the kohlrabi and turnips into wedges.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the kohlrabi and turnips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
