Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are browned and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
