  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, cornstarch, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add desired vegetables and cook until tender. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
