Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the melted unsalted butter and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  5. Cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife.
  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow the crackers to cool completely before serving.
