Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  7. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
