Ingredients
  • 2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • for rolling Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, lime zest, lime juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix well until the mixture comes together and is sticky enough to form balls.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.

  5. Refrigerate the balls for about 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, roll the balls in powdered sugar to coat.
