Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Snow peas
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, and mushrooms. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
