Ingredients
  • 4 piece Bitter Gourd
  • 250 gram Minced Meat
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Wash the bitter gourd and make a lengthwise slit. Remove the seeds and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourd until slightly golden. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onions and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  6. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  7. Stuff the fried bitter gourd with the prepared keema mixture.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the stuffed bitter gourd for 20 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
