  • 1.5 cup White beans
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, blend the white beans until smooth. In a large bowl, combine the blended white beans, peanut butter, honey, oats, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Fold in the dark chocolate chips. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
