Ingredients
  • 300 gram Mushrooms
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 medium-sized Tomato
  • 2 chopped Green chili
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • for garnish chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with roti or rice.
