Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add sweet potatoes, kale, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.

Add white beans, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
