Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the kale leaves.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine kale, basil leaves, garlic, pine nuts, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Gradually add olive oil while blending until desired consistency is reached.
  5. If desired, stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
