Ingredients
  • 200 gram Kale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the kale into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the kale, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the dip rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
  6. Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers, or bread.
