Ingredients
  • 200 gram Kale
  • 8 ounce Cannellini Beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrot, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  3. Add cannellini beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
