  • 2 cup Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Gram Flour
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 2 piece Dry Red Chilies
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, gram flour, water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and asafoetida.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, fenugreek seeds, dry red chilies, and ginger. Cook until the spices release their aroma.
  3. Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
