Ingredients
  • 2 can Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot as a snack or appetizer.
