Ingredients
  • 2 cup White beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 large Bell pepper
  • 1 pepper Jalapeno pepper
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  3. Add cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add white beans and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in lime juice and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve hot.
