Ingredients
  • 200 gram Jicama
  • 200 gram Apple
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Red cabbage
  • 20 gram Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and julienne the jicama, apple, carrot, and red cabbage.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the jicama, apple, carrot, red cabbage, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the jicama mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Let the slaw rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
