  • 2 cup Puffed Rice
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted Peanuts
  • 2 tablespoon Sev
  • 4 piece Papdi (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add puffed rice.
  2. Finely chop onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili. Add them to the bowl.
  3. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, roasted peanuts, and sev to the bowl.
  4. Mix everything well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Serve in bowls and garnish with papdi (optional).
