Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, transfer the granola to an airtight container.
  7. Serve with yogurt, milk, or as a topping for smoothie bowls or desserts.
