Ingredients
  • 400 gram Broccoli
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Trim the broccoli florets and steam them for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add steamed broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, and salt to taste.
  5. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
