Ingredients
  • 8 piece Jalapeno peppers
  • 4 ounce Vegan cream cheese
  • 1 cup Vegan cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the vegan cream cheese, vegan cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the filled jalapeno halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the jalapenos are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
