Ingredients
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 2 piece Jalapeno peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a blender or food processor, combine the chickpeas, jalapeno peppers, tahini, garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin for garnish. Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks.
