Ingredients
  • 4 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Plant-based milk
  • as needed for frying Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  2. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and plant-based milk to the mashed bananas. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the banana batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve the banana fritters warm and enjoy!
