  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 4 piece Ripe tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 6 leaf Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into thick slices.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  4. Rub the garlic cloves on both sides of each bread slice.
  5. Place the bread slices on the grill or toaster and cook until toasted.
  6. Remove the bread slices from the grill or toaster.
  7. Top each bread slice with tomato slices.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the tomato slices.
  9. Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  11. Serve immediately.
