Ingredients
  • 4 slice Baguette
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or toaster.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Grill or toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  5. Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the tomatoes.
  6. Tear the fresh basil leaves into small pieces and add them to the tomato mixture.
  7. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the tomato mixture.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  9. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
