  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 can Canned Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve over cooked pasta.
