Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
