  • 300 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
