Ingredients
  • 1 cup Israeli couscous
  • 1 large Sweet onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cook the Israeli couscous according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sweet onion and sauté until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir well to coat the onions in the spices.
  4. Add the cooked Israeli couscous to the skillet and mix well to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  6. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
