  • 500 gram Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
