Ingredients
  • 2 avocado Avocado
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a bowl, combine the avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
