Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 chopped Green chilies
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Squeeze out excess water from the spinach and chop finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, Greek yogurt, garlic, green chilies, red onion, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Refrigerate the dip for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve the Indian Spinach Dip with chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
