Ingredients
  • 2 cup Edamame
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Boil the edamame in salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the edamame and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the pan. Stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add the boiled edamame to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
