Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and drizzle with lemon juice.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
