Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Corn Flour
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 2 sprigs Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, corn flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
  3. Add peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, and curry leaves to the flour mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are coated.
  4. Carefully drop small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Remove the fried snack mix using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve the Indian Snack Mix as a crunchy and spicy snack.
