Ingredients
  • 200 gram Potato
  • 200 gram Cauliflower
  • 100 gram Peas
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 100 gram Tomato
  • 10 gram Ginger
  • 10 gram Garlic
  • 5 gram Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 10 gram Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add chopped potatoes, cauliflower, and peas. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti or rice.
