Cook the lentils according to the package instructions. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Stir well.

Add kale and asparagus. Sauté until slightly wilted.

Add cooked lentils and salt. Mix well.

Cook for another 5 minutes until the flavors combine.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
