  • 1/2 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water to the flour mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Flatten each dough ball into a round disc, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Carefully place the flattened dough into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Remove the fry bread from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite toppings or as a side dish.
