Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, and turmeric powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush it with oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
  4. Cook for a minute or until the edges start to lift.
  5. Sprinkle chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro on top of the crepe.
  6. Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook for another minute.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook for a minute on the other side.
  8. Remove from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
